The hotel sits facing the beautiful Boa Viagem beach with a great breakfast spread, ideal for those looking for a convenient and relaxing stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though fairly standard for a 4-star hotel. Service is friendly but could be more proactive in catering to guest needs. The dining experience is fantastic, with just a minor issue of missing boiled eggs. The prime location, close to the airport and by the pool area on the roof, offers a lovely view.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I was a bit bothered by the noise coming from the wind entering through closed windows. The hotel offers a 'first class' room on the 15th floor, which provides a nice view except for the rooftop pool area. The service was a bit inconsistent; although they tried their best, there were some communication barriers. The location was excellent, facing the beach with a good breakfast and close to the airport. The dining experience was good, but I wish they had boiled eggs. However, the facilities were up to standard with well-maintained common areas and a nice selection of dining options.
